Game Access Terms & Conditions

Please read our session access terms to ensure your VR Dungeon Knight game experience is as seamless and immersive as possible. We’re committed to delivering reliable, high-performance game access every day.

Game Access Window: Sessions available daily between 6 AM and 12 AM local time—log in anytime to begin your dungeon game journey.
Free Game Hour: All first-time players receive a complimentary 60-minute VR Dungeon Knight game session.
Minimum Session: All bookings require a minimum 30-minute playtime for any game mode.
Modification Deadline: You may change or cancel your reserved game time by 12 AM the day prior.
Missed Session: No-shows will result in the game session being logged as inactive. Please reschedule to retain access to your saved game progress.
Rescheduling: Use your account dashboard to shift or pause any game session at least 12 hours before start time.
Holiday Schedule: Special holiday events and game quests will be posted via email and in the calendar section of our website.
